So, I did a painting. I also posted it on my Tumblr art-blog, as I do with all my art that ever gets published. But since the painting was of portrait orientation, I’d make it available here as a wallpaper. The resolution is 1920×1200 (my screen resolution), which should make it work just fine on 1920×1080 and all lower resolutions. It’s too big, but if you don’t like windows natural resizing algorithm, you can resize the picture yourself with for example XnView that I’ve posted a link & mini-review on the right.
If you’d like me to make wallpapers available of my artworks in the future, do drop me a note. I especially won’t bother with alternative resolutions if there’s no need to.
I was a little different this time and I did it purely with the “oil paints” in the ArtRage. In my not so humble opinion, that painting mode is a lot more fiddly than oil paints in the real life. Not sure which I prefer, because ArtRage has undo and layers, but oils are more intuitive. Also, I used freaky colors.
